Dino Barajas, Global Project Finance Lawyer

Dino Barajas is a global project finance lawyer whose practice focuses on domestic and international project development and finance, with particular emphasis on Latin American projects. He has advised in transactions in more than a dozen countries. His clients include commercial lenders, institutional investors, investment funds, project sponsors, and public and private companies. 

Dino handles domestic and international projects financing in the energy, power, infrastructure and commercial sectors, as well as in traditional banking. He advises on structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, asset finance, joint ventures and venture capital transactions. 

He is a member of the Los Angeles Office Inclusion Council and was on the Latinvex list of “Top 100 Latin American Lawyers” in 2014-2019.
